Whether it is Apple’s mass market appeal, or Google’s ability to make Open a profitable revenue generation tool… Times have changed.
The Innovation Blog explores these themes & looks at the big picture. What do you and your business need to be doing to take advantage of the social change that is occurring? The return on investment for traditional advertising is declining, print media is dying & Social Networks like twitter spread bad news like the BP oil spill faster than ever before.
On the flip side, Social Media also gives you access to the key advocates of your brand. Used correctly it is your strongest & most effective PR tool. The concepts behind why social media work are vital for the ongoing democratisation of information. You can’t stop it, but you can profit from it.

Hi Sy, I'm the stalky type from Leeds College that keeps trying to get to have a chat with you via Twitter, but then doesn't reply due to Twitter shortcomings (I have 9 direct messages aparently, but there are none listed when I check!).
